βWe will discuss the financing scheme, including the possibility of subsidies from the city government. In essence, all children, both in public and private schools, must be able to go to school,β explained Ari.
However, the challenge is not over. The latest data shows that there are still around thousands of children who have not been accommodated in school.
This is exacerbated by the condition of several public schools that have special limitations, so they cannot accommodate many students.
As a medium and long -term step, the DPRD encourages regrouping options for the construction of new school units in junior high schools in dense and marginalized areas.
βWe must think progressively and solutively. SPMB is not just annual, but the face of justice access to education in this city,β said Ari.

Although a number of favorite schools in densely populated areas are full, there are still many other schools that have the remaining quota.
βSchools such as SMP 1, 3, 8, 13, 23, 24, and 33 are already full, especially because of its location in a dense area. But we still have other schools whose capacity is not optimal,β Achi said. (*)
