Muhammad Subair Rahman, S.Pd., Principal of SMPN 24 revealed, a work meeting was held to increase synergy and collaboration between teachers and education personnel.
This is done in several ways, including routine coordination meetings, structured cooperation programs, and establishing effective communication. This work meeting aims to equalize perception, strengthen friendship, and formulate a solid and directed work plan.
As the principal of Muhammad Subair Rahman, also underlined several important points that needed to be considered at the working meeting, among others.
Conduct regular coordination meetings to discuss various issues related to learning, program evaluation, and problems encountered. Facilitating discussion forums between teachers and education personnel to share experiences, ideas, and input. Creating an open atmosphere and mutual respect for opinions to strengthen relationships and minimize conflict.
Designing a clear and measurable cooperation program to facilitate the planning and implementation of activities. Involving teachers and education personnel in the preparation of work programs to ensure a sense of ownership and shared responsibility. Set clear goals and measurable targets for each cooperation program to monitor developments and achievements.
Creating effective and open communication channels between teachers and education personnel. Ensuring information related to school programs, policies and evaluations is delivered well to all parties. Using various communication media, such as online discussion groups, bulletin boards, or school social media, to facilitate the delivery of information.
Conducting in -depth discussions on various issues related to learning, curriculum, and student development. Evaluate the work programs that have been implemented to identify the success and obstacles encountered. Finding joint solutions to overcome obstacles and improve the quality of work programs in the future.
Explain in detail the division of tasks and responsibilities of each teacher and education personnel. Ensure that each individual understands his role and contribution in achieving common goals. Encourage collaboration between individuals in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
Conduct training and workshops to improve the competence of teachers and education personnel. Facilitating teachers in attending seminars, conferences, and other professional development activities. Encourage teachers to share knowledge and experience with colleagues, “he added.
